Sundarijal 

Sundarijal means “beautiful water”, this small city is situated at 15kms northwest of Sankhu. Here you will find a large river with beautiful waterfalls. It is at the centre of the ancient forest belonging to the Shivapuri National Park. It is a popular site for a day trip or picnic. The park is the starting point for a challenging hike to the trackers village of Chisapani. (2900m) offering a magnificent view on the many peaks of the Himalaya.
